These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the website www.haardsfeer.com (“the Site”), operated by Your Store, a company registered in France

2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all sales of essential oil diffusers made to customers located in the Netherlands through the Site. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Products
The main product sold is an essential oil diffuser. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for information purposes only. We strive for accuracy, but minor variations may occur.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT).
Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed before confirming the order.
5. Orders
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. Once an order is submitted and payment confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Payments can be made by Ideal credit or debit card or PayPal. All payments are processed securely. The order will be processed only after successful payment.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to addresses in the Netherlands only.
Average delivery time: 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal services beyond our control.
8. Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the product transfers to you once full payment is received. The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
9. Returns and Refunds

10. Liability
Your Store is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the product. Our liability shall not exceed the total value of your order.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in France.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at contact@haardsfeer.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide the return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, used diffusers or items returned in poor condition cannot be refunded.
